Principle of tuning fork density meter: The tuning fork density sensor uses a tuning fork sensor (a pair of tuning fork ceramic chips), one piezoelectric ceramic chip is responsible for generating vibration, and the other is responsible for collecting vibration. The resonance frequency of the vibrating tuning fork densitometer is different in different density solutions with different resonance frequencies, and the density is calculated according to the relationship between different vibration and density. The resonance frequency of the tuning fork density sensor is between 1600-2400. The higher the frequency, the lower the density.
