XYBS60 hydraulic hand-operated pressure pump is used to verify the test instruments installed on-site in the industrial process and various pressure instruments used in the control room. It can also provide a pressure source for the calibration of pressure measuring instrument manufacturers. All kinds of pressure changes within 60Mpa Senders, pressure sensors and various pressure meters can be calibrated by hand-operated pressure pumps.

The hand-operated pressure pump is composed of a handle, a piston rod, a breather, a pump cover, an oil drain handle, a fine-tuning handle, a meter connector, etc. Turn the oil drain handle to close the drain valve, and hold the handle of the pressure pump with your hands. Tightening and relaxation are repeated to drive the piston rod to reciprocate, and the piston rod reciprocates several times to produce an output pressure of 0-60Mpa.

1 Turn on the oil hole screw 5 and pour diisooctyl sebacate or transformer oil into the cup 6 to 1/2 of the cup height.
2 Screw on the oil hole screw 5, connect the pressure gauge calibrated with 2 or 3 according to thread and output connector, or connect via high pressure hose.
3 Pressure fine-tuning 4 rotates counterclockwise by 10mm (Max 15mm);
4 Hold the pressurized handle 7 repeatedly,When there is no bubble on the oil surface, close the relief valve counterclockwise1.
5 Continue holding pressurized handle 7,until the pressure up to the pressure required.(in the case of the pressure is higher and laborious,can be with the aid of pressure fine-tuning 4, fine-tuning pressure range is about 10mpa)

1. Precautions
   1. If the liquid is mixed with air, it takes some time to stabilize the pressure after compression.
   2. If you do not use for a long time, you need to pour the liquid in the cup
