Description
The semi-automatic switching device is used to adjust and control the uninterrupted air supply of the medium and small flow compressed gas cylinder busbars. The control is based on the feature that the pressure on the preferential gas supply side is depleted and the pressure is automatically reduced to the alternate gas supply side. Select the direction of the handle (arrow to the left or right) to set the priority supply side and the alternate supply side. The output pressure of the switching device can be set by adjusting the output pressure reducer.
1. When the screw plug and the output connector are interchanged, the mounting position becomes horizontal output to the left; the pressure gauge on the output pressure reducer is interchanged with the output connector, and the installation position is changed to the vertical output. 2. The switching device is equipped with a threaded protective sleeve for the threaded sleeve to prevent thread damage and prevent impurities from entering the inside of the pipeline. It should be removed before assembly. 3. The input and output pipes of the switching device must be installed, cleaned, tested and purged in accordance with NFPA99, CGA-4.1-1996 and local applicable standards.
Principle:
As shown in Figure 2, the output pressure of the left pressure reducer 1 is the set value (see Figure 3), and the set pressure is P left; the output pressure of the right pressure reducer 2 (see Figure 4) is adjustable within a certain range. When the handle arrow points to the left, the output pressure value is P1. When the handle arrow points to the right, the output pressure value is P2, and the system setting P=(P1+P2)/2, P2>P1, due to the lock nut Limit, the handle can only be rotated within the dotted line of the figure. When the handle arrow points to the left (as shown in Figure 2), since P1 < P left, the left side pressure reducer works, the right side decompresses The device is reserved, and the air supply is realized on the left side. When the actual output pressure value of the left pressure reducer is less than P1, it automatically switches to the right pressure reducer, and the gas supply realizes switching from the left side to the right side.
