This high-precision sensor measures gas as its medium, compatible with the contact materials. Constructed with durable ABS engineering plastic for the main shell, it incorporates a polyethylene filter with a density of 50 μm, and features a nylon cable locking head for wire diameters of 5-8mm. Its sophisticated LCD display includes a backlight for easy readability. The seal is crafted from NBR/silicone, providing robust protection. The sensor operates within a temperature range of -40 to 125°C and a humidity range of 0-100% RH. It requires a supply voltage of 24VDC, with different output signals available, such as RS485, 4-20mA, and 0-10vdc. The response frequency is a swift ≤ 2Hz, with a response speed of 10 for temperature and 10% RH for humidity, suitable for a gas flow rate of 0.1m/s. It withstands ambient temperatures of -40 to 85°C and ambient humidity levels of 5% - 95% RH, boasting stability of ± 1% RH FS/year and ± 0.2/year. With a seismic performance of 5g (20... 2000Hz), its overall weight is approximately 160g with a display and 138g without. Rated IP65 for protection, its power range varies: current mode ≤0.05Us(W) with display and ≤0.06Us(W) without, digital type ≤0.015Us(W) with display and ≤0.025Us(W) without, and voltage type ≤0.015Us(W) with display and ≤0.025Us(W) without.
