Description
This battery powered electromagnetic flow meter is mainly used to measure various acid, alkali, salt solution, pulp, mud and other conductive liquid, or liquid mixed with liquids and solids.And the digital integrated electromagnetic flow meter converts the liquids into 4-20mA current signal output.

The plug-in electromagnetic flowmeter has the characteristics of a ducted electromagnetic flowmeter and a plug-in flowmeter. These features include:
Measurements are not affected by changes in fluid density, viscosity, temperature, pressure, and conductivity.
Adopt advanced excitation technology, low power consumption, stable zero point, strong anti-interference ability and good reliability.
No additional pressure loss, requiring a small length of straight pipe.
The flow measurement range is wide, and the full-scale flow rate can be continuously set arbitrarily from 1.0m/s to 10.0m/s, and the output signal is completely linear with the flow rate (flow rate).
The conversion display adopts 16-bit high-performance microprocessor, 2×16 LCD display, convenient parameter setting and reliable programming.
The flowmeter is a two-way measurement system with three integrators that display the total amount of forward flow, reverse flow, and the difference between positive and negative flow.
The conversion display has multiple outputs: current, pulse, digital communication, HART.
Suitable for large diameter pipes, DN300-3000mm.
The sensor body and electrodes are available in a variety of materials.

Applications
The plug-in electromagnetic flow sensor (hereinafter referred to as "sensor") and the company's electromagnetic flow conversion display constitute a plug-in electromagnetic flow meter. The plug-in electromagnetic flow meter is generally of a split type, and can be integrated into one type if required by the user. The sensor is installed on the pipeline where it needs to be tested. The split-type display is installed in a nearby wall or in a metered instrument box. It can also be installed in the instrument and control room. The two are connected in the sensor's junction box with a dedicated cable. . The split type conversion display is mounted directly on the upper end of the sensor.
