Thanks to its innovative MEMS sensor package with self-flow conditioning capability, these meters dramatically reduce pressure loss compared to traditional by-pass thermal mass flow meters, ensuring superior performance. With an impressive accuracy of ±(1.5+0.2FS)% or better based on specific requirements, these meters operate seamlessly in environments ranging from -20 to 60°C under pressures up to 1.5 MPa. Ideal for semiconductor gas process monitoring and control, as well as essential hospital oxygen gas monitoring, among other applications.
