They boast an impressive accuracy of ±(1.5+0.2FS)% or better, customizable based on specific requirements. Designed to operate seamlessly in environments with temperatures ranging from -20 to 60°C and pressures reaching up to 1.5 MPa, these meters find applications in diverse fields, including semiconductor gas process monitoring and control, as well as hospital oxygen gas monitoring.
