YFP type vacuum pressure hand pump is a quick hand pressure source, by adjusting the pressure vacuum valve can realize the vacuum pumping and positive pressure, suitable to calibrate kinds of differential pressure, vacuum, vacuum pressure and pressure instrument, and also can be used as vacuum pressure of the above pressure instrument. Characteristic of compact size, light weight, easy to operate, can be matched to vacuum pressure instrument.
Structure and Principle YFP20 -0.1-2MPa (-1-20bar) Pneumatic Vacuum Calibration Pumps handpump
The vacuum pump (see diagram) consists of a buffer valve, a connector, a gas release valve, a cylinder, a piston rod and a handle, and a connecting hose. The M14*1.5 table connector installed on the top of the vacuum pump is connected to the vacuum gauge. When operating the vacuum pump, the bleed valve shall be tightened clockwise first, then the handle shall be gripped by hand, and the handle shall be repeatedly tightened and relaxed to make the piston rod reciprocate so that the vacuum pump will generate negative pressure.

1. After connect the instrument, close the pressure relief valve, then hold the handle to pressure.
2. To push the vacuum pressure valve from directional sign "V" to the other side, can easily achieve vacuum convenient; to push the vacuum pressure valve from directional sign "P" tothe other side, can easily achieve positive pressure.
3. In order toabtain accurate pressure valve during positive pressrue process, can be fine-tuning by trimmer.
4. After add the positive pressure, firstly relief the pressure through pressure relief valve, then remove the instrument.
Note: When adjust pressure through trimmer, the trimmer should not exceed the red ring sign on the cylinder.
